in the Repair Process
01. Troubleshooting
The failures that prevent the motor from running or reduce its performance are detected as a result of the electrical and mechanical controls.
02. Part Removal
The damaged or defective parts are removed from the other components of the motor.
03. Repair or Replacement
The damaged parts are repaired or replaced. If spare parts are required, suitable spare parts are used or remanufactured.
04. Re-winding
The coils with damage detected on the stator and rotor windings are wound in compliance with the original.
05. Reassembly
The repaired or replaced parts are assembled with the other components of the motor.
06. Testing and Confirmation
The repaired motor is retested. The operating status and the electrical performance are confirmed.
07. Reporting and Documentation
The repair process is documented and reported. These documents can be used as a reference for the future maintenance.
