& Predictive Maintenance
We provide on-site predictive maintenance service. Our expert personnel can prevent possible failures by performing on-site measurements and tests on electric motors with higher power. Our services within this scope are as follows.
01. Vibration Analysis
The vibrations of the motor are monitored and analyzed for vibration. Abnormal vibrations may indicate balance or alignment problems.
02. Thermal Imaging
The temperature profiles of different parts of the motor are analyzed by using infrared thermal cameras. The symptoms of overheating are detected.
03. Oil Analysis
A sample is taken from the oil of the motor and sent to the laboratory for testing. The oil analysis may reveal symptoms of abrasion or contamination.
04. Electromagnetic Analysis
Irregularities or harmonics are detected by measuring the electrical parameters of the motor.
05. Monitoring of Bearing Condition
Vibration analysis is performed for the bearings. The possible symptoms of damage or deterioration in the bearings are monitored.
06. Coupler Alignment
The planarity between the motor and the equipment to which the motor is connected is measured and aligned with the laser coupler alignment device.
07. Data Recording and Analysis
The operating data of the motor is recorded and analyzed. This data can help in estimating the potential problems in advance by following up the trends.
08. Electrical Tests
The electrical performance of the motor is evaluated by measuring the voltage, current, resistance and insulation values.
