Special Coil Manufacturing
Coils suitable for the motors which have special structures (traction motors, medium voltage and torque motors, etc.) due to the operating environment and conditions of use are manufactured by us.
01. Design and Engineering
Coils are designed in accordance with the
requirements of the motor. The design parameters such as number of windings, wire thickness, winding form are determined. The electrical engineers and designers create the design and verify it through simulations.
02. Selection of Materials
Materials that comply with the electrical properties required by the design are selected. The conductivity of the coil wire, the insulating materials and the quality of the other components are important.
03. Winding and Manufacturing
Coils are wound in accordance with the design. At this stage, it is ensured that coils are properly wound and tight. Winding can be performed manually or with the automation systems.
04. Insulation
Insulating materials with a high insulation class are used in order to provide insulation between different parts of coils. These materials ensures the safe operation of coils by increasing its insulation resistance.
05. Assembly and Integration
The special coil produced is mounted on the target motor or device. At this stage, it is ensured that the coil is mounted properly and in the correct position.
06. Testing and Confirmation
The coil is tested for the functionality and performance of the motor. The electrical properties are checked for accuracy and compliance. The production of special coils for electric motors is carried out by the experienced electrical engineers, designers and production teams.
