As Encoders & Resolvers are connected to the motor shaft, failures occur in encoders & resolvers due to the mechanical problems that might arise from dust, oil and pollution caused by ambient conditions due to long-term use. Before the disassembly of Servo motors, we first back up and record the angle, position and memory by means of special testing setups. The processes for comparing the original datasheet values of Encoders and Resolvers, adjusting the position and locking to the neutral-zero position are carried out. By this means, the economic life of both servo motor and encoder & resolver is extended and they are made serviceable without any adaptation problems during the on-site
application.
